College?
What in the, where has the time gone? It seems like only yesterday I was starting my senior year, and I was starting to apply for college as the school year began.
Now….Now I’m going to move into my college dorm room tomorrow and meet my roommate for the very first time.
To my town, I’ll miss you a lot. I loved living here for the past fourteen years, and you’ve become the place I call home. I’ll miss you and all of it’s messed up inhabitants I call my friends and classmates.
I’ll miss this place, but it’s not the last time I’ll be here. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks to get the lenses of my glasses changed. Then, I’ll be back every month until the end of the year.
So, it is not the end dear town. It’s merely the beginning of a bunch of short trips away from home.
